Packaging Method
To eliminate the need to use new packaging, we reuse old boxes. Please do not be surprised if you received your order in cereal boxes, cosmetics boxes, or any other types of box!
We are proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognise businesses who reduce their waste through those means.

Shipping Method
We use door-to-door courier services to ensure you receive your purchases safely and quickly. It will take 3 to 5 working days for you to receive your order.

We ship in Singapore only. However, if you live overseas and wish to get our products, do email us and we will try our best to help you!

Refunds and Returns
As our products are minimally packaged and perishable, all items will not be eligible for refunds or returns, after purchase.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
